The insolvency practice at Marks Bloom specialises in offering insolvency and debt recovery services to businesses (whether companies, partnerships or sole proprietors) and individuals. Two of our directors are Licensed Insolvency Practitioners and members of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals, and we are one of the relatively few practices of our size that is qualified to offer such services.
We are committed in particular to saving businesses by negotiation with creditors, using the firm's enormous wealth of experience in the small business sector. Frequently this is by means of a voluntary arrangement to enable a business to continue without the burden of its past debt. The chances of a rescue succeeding are always enhanced when financial difficulties are recognised at an early stage, so prompt action is advised.
Our reputation has earned us many successful referrals from other professional, such as accountants and solicitors, who do not specialise in insolvency.
